Abstracts of medical reviews:
Thousands of medical reviews can now be reached via the internet. Although most of the reviews are only available for a fee, their abstracts which include the final findings are available for free.
To access the web site which holds the search engine for all medical journals visit the Pubmed Central. Simply type in the subject and the engine will provide you with all relevant subjects. Most are in abstract form, but some may be available in full text.

If you wish to obtain the full report or review of any of the abstract each one of them come complete with references so you can trace in any medical library in the world.
