Hi

I have been a coeliac and lactose intolerent veggie for 23 years. Until recently had very few problems as I am extremely careful. 3 months ago think I ate wheat by accident and been ill ever since. Immunologist has diagnosed I am very allergic to aspergillus and other mould/fungus related bodies including yeast/candida. I now have to be on a strict yeast and sugar free diet (including sweetner and fruit sugar) as well as gluten free and lactose free. Veggie bit is my choice. 3 months on still ill. Read on site about glutenzyme and similar products. Any advice on whether these would work help someone with a gluten, yeast, sugar and lactose free diet? I have no intention of eating any of these things but its the hidden things that are a problem (particularly fungus/mould which you can't always see and I am very allergic to). Also, anyone with useful info on sources of food products that are free of just about everything - would love to hear about them! Or even any advice - lost 23 pounds in 3 months and not overweight to start with! Thanks

Hi
We are all individuals with individual bodies so we can perhaps only tell you about our own problems and remedies.

I personally have been taking lactase enzyme tablets (Prolactazyme Forte) and used to take Gluten Enzyme for a period of three years for a non-coeliac gluten intolerance. It is now cleared.

Taking PF helps me to avoid eating by mistake any foods containing lactose and is very valuable to me.
I don't take Gluten enzyme tablets any more now because just by chance after three years, I found that my NCGI had gone!

As I said , this is just my own experience .It may help others but it cannot be guaranteed.
All I can say is these supplements changed my life for me.
