Hi everyone I ave found out today that I am very intolerant to Soybean, yeast, wheat, corn maize, gluten, eggs, cows milk. Basically I cant have anything that I have eaten before!! Im not sure if this is the reason for my IBS symptoms are so bad. I have been in Tesco for two hours trying to find things I can eat but it was so hard, cant eat bread anymore, chocolate etc!!
Are there any non goats milk cheese that doesnt contain any dairy, gluten, soya etc. I realise this is probably a stupid question but please advise. Also can I make bread without corn maize, flour, gluten etc?
Which alcohols can I drink? At the moment if I go out I have wine, peach schnapps with orange, cocktails or smirnoff ices/blue wkd alcopops. Please could you advise which of these I can have and if none if there are any which I can have. I know this is not a major problem but I like to party sometimes in moderation. Please advise.
Any help would be much appreciated as I am very confused and dont think I can cope with these intolerances!!
Thank you

Hi kristina
" I ave found out today that I am very intolerant to Soybean, yeast, wheat, corn maize, gluten, eggs, cows milk"
How did you find out?
Presumably from a test you have taken?
Please explain what the test was.
In the meantime, you will be happy to know (not really I suppose) that you are not alone.
I for example am lactose intolerant, but I control the symptoms by taking Prolactazyme Forte capsules before eating any lactose containing products; I treat my cow's milk with Lactase Enzyme and drink it without any problems;I used to be gluten intolerant and then took Glutenzyme tablets each day.
Yes you CAN make bread without wheat, barley or rye (also oats), which I used to do, but when I found Glutenzyme Tablets all that became unnecessary.
All these supplements I obtain from this website.
And I am also not alone.
cheers

It was the York Test I got. I was rated highly against brazil nuts, coconut etc but I never evr eat brazil nuts and have had coconut twice in about a year! What about making bread also without yeast or soy is this possible? Is it possible to get over a yeast allergy after a while?
Thank you!! |
