I received an email from Geena. She has a blog with beautiful recipes, all gluten free. As promised I will put it here for all of you to see. It is indeed interesting with many appetizing dishes including cakes, curries, kebabs, soups and sauces. There are also vegan dishes and videos.

If you visit tell Jeena you came from foodreactions.org

Meanwhile, for all of you who are gluten sensitive and want to avoid the bloating and the rest of the symptoms do not forget there is Glutenzyme for you.

Fifteen years ago I was down to less than 40 kgs and riddled with tumours and cysts. My heart and immune system were failing until I changed my diet (and my thinking) to avoid the foods causing the reactions in my body.
I am now so well and healthy that friends have convinced me to share my story.
So I have just written a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free cook book to show others how they can turn around their life too and achieve health and happiness.

Visit the website where you can download the book (http://www.maintainingwellness.org.au)

I am keeping a light-hearted diary of my experiences of wheat intolerance. I mainly write about finding great substitutes for the food I dearly miss.

A lot of my posts include include tips for coeliacs as most wheat-free substitutes are suitable for coeliacs too.

Hope everybody finds some helpful info on here!

Thanks

I never can be bothered to cook - which is unfortunate given that I’m a coeliac.

I tend to just end up eating fruits, with little else enriching my diet. I quite enjoy these sauce with some gluten free pasta... http://www.tablebhote.co.uk/lindas-blog/sauces-certified-gluten-and-wheat-free.html
