Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
With the exception of a handful of countries we ship worldwide.
We do not make profit from shipping, and whatever it costs us we charge. Remember that the more products you place in your cart the less you pay shipping per item. Shipping costs are based on the products' weight, hence the fee varies from one item to another. Best way to find out is go along with your shopping and then while in the cart page choose your country to work out the costs automatically. You can opt to haver your items sent insured.
How long do the products take to arrive?
We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours. Sometimes items are dispatched from BioCare directly especially if we run out of certain stock.
