Background

Biocare's Liquid Lactase, which is derived from Aspergillus oryzae, has been shown to be effective in hydrolysing milk sugar (lactose), thus enabling individuals that are lactose intolerance to drink milk and eat milk products such as yogurt, cheese and ice-cream.

Recommended Intake

Add four drops of Liquid Lactase to one pint (568ml) of milk and refrigerate for 24 hours. Use as ordinary milk.
